She has extensive experience supporting, motivating, and problem-solving with children and youth struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, school aversion, and emotional regulation. She works with adults, parents, and couples from diverse backgrounds, as they strive to overcome personal/relational challenges and establish forward thinking goals. As well, she supports educators with professional development as they strive to manage the demands of meeting students’ needs.

Jane believes strongly in the importance of individuals developing self-awareness, self-acceptance, and their own unique voice within the context of personal value and human relationships. She trusts that learning to connect with others, in healthy and positive ways, can open opportunities for productive and rewarding communication. She assists her clients in the development of new perspectives and a growth mindset. With natural warmth, empathy, and authenticity, Jane can help others to strengthen their resilience, and to face and overcome the obstacles that life inevitably presents. Her professional support is individualized, strengths-based, and comprehensive.

Outside of her professional life, Jane enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, dining with friends, traveling, running, and having downtime on South Thormanby Island.
